What the node did with an entry of a device description it could not take as written.

The entry was not created: its data type, its value or its position is one the node cannot represent (a 24/40/48/56-bit integer, a fifth PDO, an unparsable value, a sub-index of a fixed record it does not implement).
Corrected 1
The entry exists with a value the node can implement instead of the one the description gave (the CiA 301 default it was created with), because the described value was rejected by the same rule an SDO download would have hit.
PdoDisabled 2
The PDO stays destroyed (bit 31 of its COB-ID set) because its communication record or its mapping could not be applied as described.
NotImplemented 3
The entry exists with the described value, but the node implements no behaviour behind it: a master can read and write it and nothing follows.
SuppliedDefault 4
A mandatory object (CiA 301 §7.5.2: 1000h, 1001h, 1018h) the
description does not declare; the node keeps its placeholder.
