UdsProtocolException Class

Raised when the ECU response is malformed (a positive response shorter than the sub-function/DID that was asked for, a multi-DID record that does not parse, etc). Distinct from a proper NRC — this class flags protocol violations, not business-layer rejections. A response that does not correlate with the outgoing request — another service's SID, or this service's with another sub-function, DID, routine identifier or block sequence counter — is not raised as one: it is a stray, discarded while the wait goes on (#340).
