PeerSdoAccessException Class¶
An SDO client upload or download was refused locally, before any frame was sent, because the (index, sub-index) is not one this node may transfer to that server.
Inheritance Object → Exception → SystemException → InvalidOperationException → PeerSdoAccessException
Remarks¶
A peer EDS or DCF bound with BindPeerDeviceDescription(byte, CanOpenDeviceDescription) is the list
of objects the client may touch on that node. A pair the file does not declare is refused,
including 1000h, 1001h and 1018h when the file leaves them out.
With no description bound, only the CiA 301 mandatory base objects are transferred
(IsAllowedWithoutPeerDescription(ushort, byte)): 1000h:00 device type, 1001h:00
error register, and the whole identity object 1018h:00–04 (highest sub-index,
vendor-id, product code, revision, serial number). Anything past 1018h:04, and any
optional object such as 1003h, stays blocked until a peer file is bound.
Constructors¶
PeerSdoAccessException(byte, ushort, byte, bool, string) Constructor¶
Constructs the exception for one refused transfer.
public PeerSdoAccessException(byte serverNodeId, ushort index, byte subindex, bool peerDescriptionLoaded, string message);
Parameters¶
serverNodeId Byte
index UInt16
subindex Byte
peerDescriptionLoaded Boolean
message String
Properties¶
PeerSdoAccessException.Index Property¶
Object index.
Property Value¶
PeerSdoAccessException.PeerDescriptionLoaded Property¶
true when a peer description was bound for ServerNodeId and the pair is absent from it; false when nothing was bound and the pair is not one of IsAllowedWithoutPeerDescription(ushort, byte).
Property Value¶
PeerSdoAccessException.ServerNodeId Property¶
The server node-id the transfer addressed.
Property Value¶
PeerSdoAccessException.Subindex Property¶
Sub-index.
Property Value¶
Methods¶
PeerSdoAccessException.IsAllowedWithoutPeerDescription(ushort, byte) Method¶
Whether an SDO to this pair may proceed when no peer EDS or DCF is bound for the server.
Parameters¶
index UInt16
subindex Byte
Returns¶
Remarks¶
