Receives the objects decoded from a foreign PDO. The observe path writes here and nowhere else: the local object dictionary is not a sink.

IForeignPdoSink.Write(ForeignPdoSignal) Method

Accepts one mapped object. Called in mapping order, on the thread that is finishing ObserveForeignPdoAsync, once the whole payload has been checked against the mapping — a payload that is shorter than the mapping writes nothing.
