FlyingMasterRole Enum¶
Where this node sits in the NMT flying-master election. Inactive until
1F80h bits 0 and 5 are set; the other values are the election itself.
Fields¶
Inactive 0
Not participating. NMT master commands this node sends are ordinary CiA 301 commands; nothing answers the flying-master services.
Delaying 1
Waiting the negotiation time delay (1F90h:02) before asking whether a
master is already active.
Detecting 2
Has asked whether an active NMT master exists (0x073) and is waiting
for the reply (1F90h:01).
Negotiating 3
In the timeslot race (0x072). The node with the shortest wait transmits
the master claim (0x071).
Active 4
This node is the active NMT master.
Standby 5
Another master won. This node monitors that master with the heartbeat consumer and starts a new election when the consumer times out.
