PeerSafetyResult Class

Outcome of ICanOpenSafety.ConfigurePeerSafetyAsync (succeeded = acknowledged with 13FEh = A5h, and stored when asked) and ICanOpenSafety.VerifyPeerSafetyConfigurationAsync (succeeded = verified).

public sealed class PeerSafetyResult

Inheritance Object → PeerSafetyResult

Properties

PeerSafetyResult.Mismatches Property

Every pair that differed; empty when Succeeded. For a configuration, entries of 1018h mean the peer is not the device the bound description describes (CiA 319 §5.2) and nothing was written.

public System.Collections.Generic.IReadOnlyList<CanKit.Pro.CANopen.Safety.PeerSafetyMismatch> Mismatches { get; }

Property Value

IReadOnlyList<PeerSafetyMismatch>

PeerSafetyResult.StorageAbort Property

The abort the peer answered the step-5 download with, when it did: the configuration is acknowledged (Succeeded, 13FEh = A5h on the peer) and not stored. Null otherwise. A timeout or a cancellation of that download propagates instead, as for every transfer.

public CanKit.Pro.CANopen.Sdo.SdoAbortException? StorageAbort { get; }

Property Value

SdoAbortException

PeerSafetyResult.Stored Property

For a configuration: the peer confirmed the 1010h download that Storage asked for, after the acknowledgement (CiA 319 §5.3 step 5). False when none was asked for, when the result is not Succeeded, when the peer aborted the store (StorageAbort), and for a verification.

public bool Stored { get; }

Property Value

Boolean

PeerSafetyResult.Succeeded Property

No mismatch, and for a configuration the acknowledgement was written and read back.

public bool Succeeded { get; }

Property Value

Boolean
