FlyingMasterSignal Enum

Why FlyingMasterChanged was raised.

public enum FlyingMasterSignal

Fields

BecameActive 0

This node transmitted the winning claim and is the active NMT master.

BecameStandby 1

A master of better or equal priority is active. An equal priority does not depose a master that is already active; during the timeslot race the first claim of equal priority wins.

ForcedRenegotiation 2

This node outranks the active master and has requested a new election (0x076).

ActiveMasterLost 3

The heartbeat consumer for the active master timed out. A new election has started, without the cold-boot Reset Communication.

ConfigurationError 4

A node of worse priority claimed the mastership, which the published procedure treats as a network configuration error. A new election was requested.

SlaveBootTimeout 5

A mandatory slave (1F81h bit 0 and bit 3) was not seen before 1F89h elapsed. OtherNodeId is that slave. The network is not started past this point.

SlaveSafetyConfigurationInvalid 6

CiA DSP 304 V1.0 §8.3.1 step D: an assigned slave whose bound DCF declares SRDOs did not verify — 13FEh is not A5h, a checksum or a record differs from the file, or the uploads failed. OtherNodeId is that slave. It is not started; a mandatory one, or any one under a simultaneous start, halts the boot like SlaveBootTimeout. A safety slave that is already Operational when first seen — because it was running before this master took over, or is keep-alive — is not started by this master and is therefore not verified; step D is "before NMT Start". While a safety slave is assigned, a simultaneous start (1F80h bit 1) starts each slave on its own, never node 0.
